Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Registered Building Inspector (Contract) in North London. This long-term rolling contract offers hybrid working and a workload comprising around 80% residential and 20% commercial projects, with exposure to Class 2D-F standards. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

You will join a collaborative Building Control team, delivering robust inspections and timely reports in a flexible urban setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as L2A+ Registered Building Inspector (RBI).
• Previous involvement with residential and commercial projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections for residential and commercial building works.
• Prepare inspection reports and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Liaise with clients and colleagues to coordinate inspections and approvals.

A new opportunity has arisen for an L2A+ Registered Building Inspector to join a friendly and collaborative Building Control team in North London on a long-term rolling contract basis.

This role offers a varied caseload, with approximately 80% residential projects and 20% commercial work. The client is looking for an experienced L2A+ RBI to support a successful team within a flexible hybrid working environment.

This is a great opportunity for a Class 2A+ looking to join an experienced team on a long-term contract, with exposure to commercial projects up to Class 2D-F.
