Job summary

CHPK MC Plan, part of CHPK, on the South Coast in Bournemouth and Southampton, is seeking a Registered Building Inspector to support building control services. You will work within a close-knit Consulting team to ensure high standards of delivery and compliance.

In this hands-on role, you will interpret Building Regulations, assess applications, and provide technical guidance to clients, designers and contractors, collaborating with CHPK/Celnor teams to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Building Inspector status required.
• Experience interpreting Building Regulations and associated approvals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret Building Regulations and contract lifecycles for building control applications.
• Support peers and trainees within a team.
• Provide professional, audience-appropriate technical advice to clients.
