Job summary

ICW Insurance Services Limited is looking for a Registered Building Inspector to work in North London. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections that ensure compliance with Building Regulations and technical standards, identifying defects throughout various projects.

You will also support the development and mentorship of surveyors in their RBI process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of environmental legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience of plan assessment and inspection in residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments.
• Demonstrated understanding of environmental issues and relevant standards/legislation.
• Ability to manage a varied and busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections in line with Building Regulation compliance.
• Advise clients on building regulation and warranty matters.
• Assist in mentoring and supervising surveyors.
