Job summary

A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a Registered Building Inspector with LABC experience for hybrid working. This role includes site inspections in Haringey, requiring own transport. Applicants should have at least 3 years of Building Control experience and preferably Local Authority experience. The daily rate is between £25 and £35 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Building Control experience is required.
• Local Authority Building Control experience preferred.
• BSR Registration Class '2A to F' certificate needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections within the Haringey area.
• Conduct plan checking responsibilities.

Job description

Building Control experience (at least 3 years)

Local Authority Building Control experience preferred

Achieved a BSR Registration Class "2A to F" (not just 2A).

Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e. Plan checking and site inspections

Hours could be flexible and working location could be flexible (although site inspections are within Haringey)

Transport required for site inspections

Daily rate will be reflected in the successful candidate's experience.
