Our client, London Borough of Haringey, is looking for a Registered Building Inspector to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the full range of building control duties including plan checking and site inspections.
• Hybrid working with site inspections within Haringey; own transport is required.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Building Control experience (at least 3 years).
• Local Authority Building Control experience is preferred.
• Registered Building Inspector with LABC experience.
• Achieved a BSR Registration Class "2A to F" (not just 2A).
• Ability to carry out the full range of duties i.e. plan checking and site inspections.
• Hours could be flexible and working location could be flexible (although site inspections are within Haringey).
• Transport required for site inspections.
