Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• Experience working with individuals with autism, in special education, or in behavioral health is preferred.
• Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Collect accurate data on behaviors and progress during each session.
• Support clients with activities of daily living.
• Help develop and refine care plans and goals.
• Keep session notes and records accurate and up to date.
