• Develop comprehensive project plans and communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders, overseeing tasks to completion.
• Estimate resources and participants needed, assign responsibilities, and resolve resource conflicts.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
