What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the production team, you'll support various productions, including live studio shows, pre-recorded programs, and on-site matchday operations. Your responsibilities include managing production administration such as invoice processing, cost tracking, and music cue sheets; assisting with multi-camera shoots; coordinating travel and accommodation for crew and editorial teams; supporting post-production processes; and helping with matchday filming and player interviews. You'll also contribute to sustainability efforts by capturing data for the Albert Certification.

This role is fast-paced and hands-on, ideal for showcasing your skills and making an impact in a major sports production environment.

Additional requirements include:

  • Working on Bank Holidays as needed
  • Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends
  • Occasional travel to shoot locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and production support within the Premier League Productions team
  • Handle invoice and timesheet processing, cost tracking using Fieldglass (CXC)
  • Assist in post-production paperwork and archive uploads
  • Set up multi-camera shoots, book crew, create call sheets, and go on-site as needed
  • Liaise with the editorial team for onsite requests and matchday requirements
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and crew
  • Manage bookings and scheduling for personnel and freelancers
  • Capture data related to sustainable TV production (Albert Certification)
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Production Manager

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Previous administration and production assistant experience
  • Experience organizing shoots and creating call sheets
  • Knowledge of health and safety paperwork, risk assessments, and clearances
  • Budgeting and invoice processing skills
  • Experience managing bookings and scheduling personnel
  • People-facing role experience and understanding of TV production processes

Additional Notes: This fixed-term contract begins around mid-July and is based at our Stockley Park facility in Uxbridge.
