We are currently recruiting full-time SEN Learning Support Workers to join our team at Regent College.

Regent College, part of the National Care Group, provides specialist education to young people aged 16 to 25. As a small independent college, we develop bespoke study programmes that promote independence and support individual goals. We support young adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours, and complex needs. As an SEN Learning Support Worker, you will empower learners to develop vocational, social, and independent life skills. Most learning takes place in the local community, with opportunities for volunteering and work placements to develop important skills for employment.
