What You’ll Do:

You will be part of a dynamic Access and On-site team that delivers the Premier Leagues’ broadcast partners and PLP’s production teams with a ‘world-class’ service

Oversee the co-ordination, administration, and help ensure we efficiently manage the delivery of the ICS’s, Press Conferences and Premier League Campaigns.

  • Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends when required

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Work in close collaboration with the Club Account Managers and the Access team to organise shoots, ICS’s and Press Conferences
  • Oversee the co-ordination and administration of the ICS’s and access sessions at Premier League clubs, training grounds and other UK locations, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place and act as the main point of contact for crew and clubs during rostered weekends.
  • Proactively communicating with Broadcasters to ensure potential of ICS is maximized
  • Communicate to reporters and camera operators their daily tasks and whereabouts, including any logistical or editorial instruction.
  • Working closely with both the Access & On-site teams to ensure that plans are communicated efficiently and effectively.
  • Pro-actively liaise and communicate with internal teams to coordinate interview times, locations and filming requests, and react to any changes to the schedule.
  • Play a pivotal role in helping ensure we efficiently manage the delivery of the ICS’s and Press Conferences.
  • Working closely with our Stats team to ensure we are providing relevant reporting data on a weekly basis.
  • Occasionally oversee and manage ad-hoc production queries and duties
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach and ensure the Access team work closely with all departments within PLP.
  • Pro-actively suggest new ideas that add value and improve the ICS and access experience.
  • Other duties, as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Head of Account Management and report to the Production Manager.
  • Opportunities available to work with the onsite team with Premier League Productions.
  • Responsible for the delivery of weekly reports to the Premier League governance department and liaising with them on a case-by-case basis as and when issues arise.
  • Working closely with our Onscreen Team Department to ensure we are managing our contracted Reporter pool.
  • Play a pivotal role in managing and developments of our ICS App; attending meetings and raising tickets for any issues.
  • Occasionally manage our Remote Content Sessions via Zoom, alongside the clubs to ensure they run smoothly.
  • Work closely with the Club Account Managers to deliver new concepts and ideas for our ICS thumbnails via our Photoshop account.
  • Managing our content distribution via Turnstile and liaising with broadcasters on approvals/ timings.
  • Liaising with our UK Stakeholders to ensure content is delivered in a timely fashion.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Experienced in a logistical and organisational role, dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experienced in using Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, with the ability to quickly learn other relevant computer-based applications
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role dealing with queries
  • Experience in sport production or operations.
  • Collaborative and a commitment to working as a team.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines – able to work well under pressure, managing and prioritizing workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer Service orientated.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word).

PLEASE NOTE: This role will start around mid-July and will be a fixed-term contract based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
