Regional Workplace Experience Manager

Location: Wolverhampton

Hours of work: 40

Contract Type: Permanent

The Regional Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the workplace experience across multiple sites within the client contract.

In this role, you will promote operational excellence by creating a welcoming, engaging, and productive environment aligned with the client’s vision and ISS’s standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support workplace teams to deliver outstanding service
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and development programs
• Oversee delivery of workplace services, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
• Perform regular site visits to monitor standards and address issues
• Manage escalations and implement solutions for seamless operations
• Partner with the client to understand and adapt to their evolving needs

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Experience in senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management, preferably across multiple sites
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in workplace management systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and sustainability practices
• Budget management experience
