Anglian Water Services is seeking a Water Recycling Regional Network Support Manager to lead across the Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex region. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation of sewerage networks and pumping stations, with travel across the region and a strong emphasis on leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Relevant operational experience within the Water Industry.
• Experience of managing operational incidents in a high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrable leadership experience within an operational setting.
• Ability to adapt communication style to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Awareness of and application of Health & Safety rules within an operational environment.
• Experience in making commercial decisions often with conflicting priorities.
• SAP financial competence.
• Ability to think tactically but also strategically to achieve business outcomes.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership support to Regional Network Manager across sites in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
• Lead and mentor regional teams to ensure safe, efficient operation of sewerage network, pumping stations and overflows.
• Serve as a trusted partner to operational teams, building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions.
• Support managers in developing their teams and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
• Assist in incident management, impact planning, and investment planning, maintaining regulator alignment.
