Job summary

Future Select is seeking a reliable Water Hygiene Engineer to cover sites across Reading and the South East. The role involves delivering pre-planned water hygiene duties in commercial, public sector and local authority premises, with a focus on compliance and safety.

You should have hands-on Water Hygiene experience, knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8, and the ability to travel between sites. The package includes training, a fleet vehicle where applicable, overtime opportunities and a competitive

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
• Proven knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8.
• Experience working across a range of client sites.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-planned Water Hygiene duties across commercial, public sector and local authority premises.
• TMV servicing and maintenance.
• Inspections, cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tank.
• Showerhead disinfections.
• Calorifier inspections.
• Water sampling.
• Temperature monitoring.
• Updating logbooks.
• Working independently and within teams.
