Job summary
Stantec is seeking a strategic and driven Regional Commercial Lead to join our thriving UK Water business. This pivotal role in the South & Midlands region oversees commercial leadership across AMP8 and major capital programs with Severn Trent, Dŵr Cymru, Southern Water and others.
You will lead risk management, drive commercial strategies, build strong client and partner relationships, travel to project offices as required, and shape the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects across
Qualifications
- Experience leading commercial teams in professional services
- Deep understanding of NEC4 contract management
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex reports
- Proven ability to influence across senior stakeholder groups
- Experience in the regulated water sector is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide commercial leadership to regional leadership group
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to enable growth
- Manage client and partner relationships across key frameworks
