Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Regional Lead for Vulnerability Response Management across UKI & EMEA, based in Birmingham. The role reports to senior management and drives vulnerability remediation, regulatory compliance, and cyber resilience across a regional scope.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Vulnerability Management, Cyber Defense, Security Operations, or Cyber Risk Management.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale vulnerability remediation programmes.
• Experience operating within complex, global organisations.
• Exposure to regulatory environments such as NIST SP 800-40, DORA, FCA/PRA requirements, ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Strong
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Leading the regional vulnerability response function and oversee the activities of Vulnerability Response Managers
• Ensuring serious vulnerabilities are assessed and prioritized according to enterprise standards
• Driving remediation of serious vulnerabilities and regulatory-relevant vulnerabilities
• Coordinating regional response to zero-day and actively exploited vulnerabilities
• Monitoring and managing regional vulnerability exposure and risk
• Acting as the senior representative for vulnerability response within the region
