Deutsche Bank AG seeks a Regional Lead for Vulnerability Response Management in the UKI & EMEA region, based in Birmingham. The VP will oversee vulnerability remediation, coordinate with technology, risk, and application teams, and ensure regulatory alignment and timely reporting.

The role requires extensive experience in vulnerability programs, leadership of distributed teams, and a track record of reducing enterprise exposure. A hybrid work model is offered with a competitive package.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in Vulnerability Management, Cyber Defense, Security Operations, or Cyber Risk Management.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale vulnerability remediation programmes.
• Experience operating within complex, global organisations.
• Exposure to regulatory environments such as NIST SP 800-40, DORA, FCA/PRA requirements, ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Strong understanding of risk-based vulnerability prioritization.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.

Aufgaben

• Leading the regional vulnerability response function and oversee the activities of Vulnerability Response Managers.
• Ensuring serious vulnerabilities are assessed and prioritized according to enterprise standards.
• Driving remediation of serious vulnerabilities and regulatory-relevant vulnerabilities.
• Coordinating regional response to zero-day and actively exploited vulnerabilities.
• Monitoring and managing regional vulnerability exposure and risk.
• Acting as the senior representative for vulnerability response within the region.
