Job summary

H&T Group Ltd. is seeking a Regional Visual Merchandiser to maintain high-quality store displays and support the rollout of the VM concept across North London and the Midlands.

You will work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager, Area Managers and Store Teams to optimise planograms, train staff, and drive an exceptional customer experience. The role requires travel and strong commercial sense.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' retail experience.

• Full UK Driving Licence and ability to travel.

Permanent | Full-Time | Field & Location-Based - North London & Midlands

Salary: £30,000 per annum

H&T is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Regional Visual Merchandiser to support and enhance visual merchandising standards across our store network.

Working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager, Area Managers, and Store Teams, you will maintain high-quality window displays, support the rollout of the VM model store concept, coach colleagues on merchandising best practice, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
