Job Description:

As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will be building and leading a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate. You will be responsible for leading a team of District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives across a specified region to meet and exceed unit, revenue, employee NPS, and customer NPS objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, retain, and motivate high-performing sales teams and sales leaders to drive results
  • Provide strategic vision and planning with ongoing coaching to ensure District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives meet and exceed their sales objectives
  • Develop strong leadership skills, act decisively, develop systems to measure progress, monitor risks, and identify necessary changes
  • Promote trust and encourage collaboration to resolve conflicts and manage change effectively
  • Guide the sales motion in the UK, including organizational structure and lead sources
  • Understand the payment processing industry and develop a GTM strategy based on our payments model
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure successful customer go-lives, demonstrating technical knowledge
  • Report on competitive intelligence in the European market and strategize on growth opportunities
  • Write and manage quarterly business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to drive team strategy and performance
Requirements
  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Proven track record in evangelical sales, especially in new product or new market environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with Challenger methodology, sales funnel management, and data-driven operational excellence
