Matillion is hiring a new Regional Vice President to support an existing sales team in the UK. This team will be responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition for Matillion by growing and managing the UK Enterprise organization to deliver new logo and consumption revenue goals. Own and manage the sales process, best practices, operational excellence, and KPIs. Develop and nurture the team to create internal talent pipelines.
At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level, and country. This exempt role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is £126,100-£[unspecified]. Because this role is eligible for variable pay in the form of sales commissions, your total on-target annual earnings will be between £252,200-£376,800. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
