Job Title: Regional Van Driver

M&P Survey is seeking a Regional Van Driver to join our team at our main office in Ellesmere Port. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary starting from £26,000 per annum.

Role Overview

The Regional Van Driver role is proactive, supporting our expanding hire, sales, and service operations. The primary duties involve regional delivery and collection of our products. The ideal candidate will also possess the personality and skills to assist with basic sales and lead generation, supporting our sales team and potentially advancing their career within the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute planned routes efficiently and punctually according to business requirements.
2. Ensure all equipment needed for the day is present, correct, and safely loaded, adhering to manual handling policies.
3. Perform daily checks to ensure the vehicle and its equipment are roadworthy.
4. Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and presentation at all times.
5. Present oneself professionally and maintain a smart appearance as a representative of M&P Survey.
6. Wear appropriate staff uniform and PPE in compliance with H&S and company policies.
7. Drive safely, adhering to the Highway Code and company regulations.

Candidate Requirements

1. Basic knowledge of the company's products and services.
2. Ability to utilize product knowledge to identify potential opportunities.
3. No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
4. Driving license points: no more than 3.
5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
6. Good presentation skills and confidence to use initiative.
7. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions.
8. Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
