By directing audit action plans, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting the advancement of complex cases, and resolving regional issues, the Regional Manager protects both the integrity and quality of underwriting processes.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Leads and participates in team meetings, huddles, and conferrals. Mentors underwriters, manages authorities, supports recruitment, and fosters team communication and development.

  • Reporting and Performance Monitoring: Produces and analyses regular reports on rates, DA results, claims, loss ratios, and lead indicators. Prepares presentations and updates for management and team, ensuring data-driven decision making.

  • Process Improvement and Strategic Initiatives: Drives process enhancements through project involvement, planning, budgeting, and broker engagement. Supports continuous improvement by addressing survey outcomes, participating in projects, and assisting with strategic planning.
