Salary: GBP500 - GBP550 per day

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Treasurer to lead a Treasury team across the U.K. and EMEA region. This senior leadership role offers high visibility, impactful responsibilities, and close collaboration with global business leaders. It provides exposure to Treasury technology transformations and operational risk management.

• 6-month contract starting in July 2025 and ending in January 2026
• Location: Canary Wharf, with some travel to other London-based locations
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Treasury team (9 members across EMEA and India)
• Advise senior regional leaders on fiscal responsibility and risk management in liquidity, FX, and guarantees
• Drive strategic initiatives like working capital optimisation, netting, cash pooling, and Treasury technology rollouts across EMEA
• Oversee regional trade finance activities and manage surplus investment strategies
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on Treasury governance, risk reduction, KPI standardisation, and operational excellence
• Support M&A integration activities and lead quarterly close processes, including in-house banking structures
• Promote innovation and automation to improve efficiencies and cash management

Skills and Experience

• Proven project management skills in a complex, multi-country Treasury environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
• Deep knowledge of Treasury fundamentals: liquidity, risk management, working capital, banking relationships
• Significant experience in an international/EMEA-focused Treasury role (corporate or banking)
• AMCT qualification and relevant degree are advantageous but not mandatory
• Professional, motivated, outgoing, and collaborative in fast-paced settings
