Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in FMCG, 3PL or retail logistics operations with teams greater than 100.
• Strong leadership in regulated environments, including driver hours legislation.
• Ability to mobilize and manage change in processes.

• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance through team management.
• Recruit and develop direct reports to meet business KPIs.
