• Proven leadership skills in developing a high performance culture
• Competent in a customer facing role
• Ability to balance both hands-on and strategic leadership styles

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional transport operations from the Leeds location controlling cost, service, and compliance
• Review daily transport activity and team performance to allocate resources to meet operational needs
• Review operational information to identify practical improvements in transport planning
• Work with relevant colleagues and customers to identify cost and service improvements
• Drive a CI culture, building a high performing team
