Regional Transaction Manager, EMEA

EMBEDDED CLIENT ROLE

Role Purpose

We are looking for a professional to manage transactions for our client's EMEA portfolio, comprising approximately 25 office premises. As the single point of contact for transactions, you will coordinate strategy, resource allocation, and process consistency across the portfolio. You will supervise and coordinate transactions, advise on strategies, and manage third-party brokers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactions, including market analysis, lease negotiations, and contract administration
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal resources, and external brokers to ensure timely and efficient transaction execution
  • Provide market information, analysis, and advice to support business decisions
  • Identify and manage risks associated with transactions and ensure compliance with company protocols
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, brokers, and suppliers
  • Prepare and present reports, analysis, and business cases to support transaction decisions

Person Specification/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transaction management, commercial real estate, or a related field
  • Strong financial analysis skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
