Job summary

A training and development organization is looking for a Business Development Representative in the East Midlands to drive growth by building strategic partnerships with employers and managing business opportunities. You will promote services, collaborate on marketing efforts, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential learners. Key qualifications include a Level 3 qualification in business development, GCSEs in English and Maths, and at least three years of relevant experience. A driving licence and vehicle access are essential as well.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of business development experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the private training or education sector.
• Prior experience in developing partnerships with other education providers.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote the services and training programmes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns.
• Identify and develop relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• Manage your pipeline of opportunities, including lead generation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
