My client, a well-established and ambitious consultancy, is seeking a Regional Planning Lead to head up and grow their Bristol office. With a strong existing planning team spread across the UK, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the region and play a key part in shaping the future direction of the business.

The Role:

  • Lead and develop the planning function in Bristol, building on the company’s strong UK presence.
  • Drive business development and client relationships, with a particular focus on the residential and commercial market.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the UK, sharing knowledge and resources.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and strategic direction to the local team.

  • Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI).
  • Proven track record in town planning, with extensive experience in the residential and or commercial market.

  • Leadership experience, coupled with a collaborative and approachable style.
