Are you a Tax professional interested in growing and building a Regional Tax offering in East Anglia?

I am supporting a Mid-Tier Firm seeking a Regional Tax Manager to develop a diverse and skilled Regional Tax team in East Anglia. This role offers autonomy, team-building opportunities, and full support from a large Accountancy Practice looking to expand. The salary ranges from £50,000 to £75,000, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Tax Manager with Corporate, Personal, or Mixed Tax experience, or a Tax Senior/Assistant Manager eager to advance into a leadership role.

This position provides a pathway to career progression towards Partner level, with direct reporting to Directors. It is a hybrid and flexible role involving travel within East Anglia to support team development and client growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tax planning and advisory for a client portfolio
  2. Identifying opportunities and client engagement
  3. Responding to queries from Practice partners and Tax teams
  4. Supporting project implementation
  5. Providing ad-hoc advisory services
  6. Handling ATED advisory and compliance
  7. Trust Register compliance
  8. Following and updating workflow procedures
  9. Managing tax enquiries
  10. Conducting technical research
  11. Liaising with senior management
