If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in talent acquisition and management, we want to hear from you!
As the EU Talent Manager, you will lead both strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition and management. Your role will include providing strategic oversight and hands-on management of recruitment and talent forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the seamless implementation of essential tools and processes.
Our European Region encompasses 26 countries. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment for all store, regional, and area team positions across COS, & Other Stories, Arket, and Weekday/Monki. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting talent management initiatives for various corporate roles, including: merchandising, digital marketing, e-commerce, PR, visual merchandising, and store operations. You will be supported by a team of over 15 Talent Acquisition colleagues, including the direct line manager responsibility for 3 TA leads located in various cities across Europe.
Due to the multi-brand nature of this role, you will report directly to the European Regional HR Manager for the COS brand, with a dotted line to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager overseeing all brands.
