The Regional Support Team is Hiring

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Support Team leader in Field Operations.

The successful candidate will manage the Regional Support Team to ensure that efficient and effective administrative support is given to Regional Operations Directors and Area Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Through efficient and effective teamwork ensure full and efficient administrative support is provided to Area Managers and Regional Operations Directors.
  • Liaise professionally with all necessary stakeholders, including internal departments and external contacts or customers.
  • Any other duties as required by Regional Operations Directors, or above.
  • Responsible for recruitment, performance and disciplinary matters as necessary.
  • Keep Regional Operations Director updated with team performance issues.
  • Train and mentor staff.
  • Ensure Company Data Protection Policy and security processes are adhered to.
  • Ensure company policies are always adhered to.
  • Manage health and safety issues.
  • Provide support to the Regional Support Assistants as required with;
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Diary Management.
  • Event Management - liaising with venues, arranging accommodation and compiling agendas.
  • Processing correspondence as required.
  • Processing of invoices.
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems.
Essential
  • Comprehensive understanding of the objectives and policies of Teams areas of responsibilities, current and future work/projects undertaken in order to provide the required high level of support.
  • Thorough knowledge of functions/structures of other sections is essential for researching information, resolving queries and to ensure that all necessary areas are advised of relevant information.
  • Strong knowledge of the organisational structure of e.surv.
Preferred
  • Experience of Coaching and Mentoring.
  • Knowledge of SurveyHub
