Job summary

Diabetes UK in London is seeking a Regional Support Officer to help run the Southeast Coast and London team, handling administrative tasks, coordinating services, and acting as the first point of contact for people living with diabetes.

This part-time role (17.5 hours per week) offers hybrid working with at least one day in the office, and opportunities to contribute to improved diabetes care and support in the region.

• The Regional Support Officer ensures the efficient operation of the regional team, supporting day to day administration and related internal and external services.
• You will also be the first point of contact in the region and will provide excellent customer care in providing support and information for people living with, and affected by diabetes.

Regional Support Officer

Contract: Permanent Part-time

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Location: London with hybrid working. We ask colleagues to spend at least one day a week in the office, with more time in person when this supports effective collaboration or the needs of the Charity.

Salary: £13,468 - £14,031 (£26,936 - £28,062 FTE)
