The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing recruitment targets, and establishing partnerships. Abbotsholme School and Chase Grammar School have been providing high quality education and boardingto both UK and international students for over 100 years, we offer GCSE, A-level, University Foundation and immersion programmes and we will be launching a brand new Abbotsholme Summer School which will run in July and August 2026.
The ethos of the schools is to provide high quality academic tuition alongside an exciting and varied enrichment programmein order to help each and every student achieve the best that they can be. The schools cater for both domestic and international students, with students from over 50 different nationalities progressing to university from Abbotsholme and Chase programmes.
Abbotsholme School is located in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and Chase Grammar School is located in the town of Cannock, a 30 minute drive from Birmingham.
Description
We are seeking a driven, independent and creative market specialist to join our Student Recruitment team in order to raise our profile and drive student enrolment in thetarget regions. If successful, you will be required to develop our marketing strategy and recruitment campaigns across the region; identify areas of opportunity; manage, support and grow our partner network; drive increased student numbers, revenue and profitability. Ideally you will have a strong understanding of current market conditions, with specific experience of working with UK boarding schools within the region and a well-established network of connections.
The successful candidate will report to the Chief International Officer, but will be given a large degree of autonomy to develop a marketing plan and budget for the region and will therefore need to be independent, creative and able to work on own initiative.

The successful applicant will be responsible for student recruitment into Chase Grammar School, Abbotsholme School and Abbotsholme Summer School.

The successful candidate will preferably be based within the region and will be expected to maintain regular contact and frequently visit agents, partners, institutions, companies and government contacts within the area.You will also be expected to attend a group sales meeting at one of our centres once a year.
