Join our team as a Regional Strategy & Transaction Manager - Vice President, where you will play a critical role in shaping and executing real estate strategies across EMEA. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive impactful real estate transactions.

As a Regional Strategy & Transaction Manager - Vice President in the Global Real Estate team, you will support the Regional Strategy & Transaction Head in formulating strategic real estate plans and executing leasing, purchasing, and disposal transactions. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to manage the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring alignment with JPMorgan Chase's strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the Regional Strategy & Transaction head in preparing the real estate strategic plans. Coordinate with finance, D and C, real estate consultants, LOBs, and others to ensure a holistic strategic plan.
2. Manage the RFP process for assigned transactions, including the selection of real estate consultancy, brokers, and agents to support strategic and transactional requirements, always acting in the best interest of the bank.
3. Oversee the building selection/RFP process, including due diligence, coordination with agents, and negotiations with developers/landlords.
4. Provide program management and analytics, working closely with the business underwriting team on financial modeling, evaluation of transaction options, etc.
5. Negotiate lease/purchase contracts and manage documentation processes with real estate consultants and legal counsel.
6. Manage lease reporting according to regional and global requirements, flag upcoming lease expiries, and ensure timely renewals.
7. Support the implementation of key real estate initiatives as a Program Manager.
8. Act as a champion for occupancy metrics such as cost per square foot and vacancy rates.
9. Assist in competitive landscape analysis, including portfolio pricing and market positioning.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

1. Extensive experience as a real estate transaction manager in a major multinational or principal real estate consultancy.
2. University degree.
3. Strong real estate market knowledge across multiple countries in Asia Pacific.
4. Excellent planning skills.
5. Good understanding of financials.
6. Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

1. Significant experience as a real estate transaction manager in a multinational company.
2. Strong real estate market knowledge and experience across EMEA.
