As Regional Stores Controller, you’ll provide operational leadership across Northern Powergrid’s regional stores network throughout Yorkshire and the Humber.
Leading a geographically dispersed team, you’ll create a consistent, high-performing operation supporting engineers across a diverse region that includes major cities, industrial centres, market towns and rural communities.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Regional Operations, Central Logistics, Materials Management, Procurement and the wider business, ensuring our stores network continues to deliver an outstanding service while embracing innovation, continuous improvement and modern ways of working.
This is much more than managing day-to-day operations, it’s an opportunity to influence how our logistics function evolves, develop talented people and help build an operation ready for the future.
As part of the role, you’ll also participate in our standby rota, providing operational leadership during major incidents and severe weather events when our customers need us most.
