Job Role: Regional Soft Service Lead (Greater London South East)

Location: Greater London / Kent & Sussex

Salary: £43,000

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Soft Services Lead to join our team at GFSL. Join a team that is more than just colleagues – we work Monday to Friday as a supportive family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment. Our operations and site-based functions rely on hundreds of support staff to ensure smooth and safe delivery of facilities maintenance, impacting prisoners, employees, visitors, and the wider community.

As a Regional Soft Services Lead, you will work alongside experienced colleagues in Payroll, Attract, Projects, Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain, and others, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment for all. We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, seeking a candidate with the following experience and skills:

  1. TFM Industry Experience - Essential

  4. Ability to organize, manage, and direct diverse teams - Essential
  5. Practical application of safe working practices - Essential
