What the Role Covers:
- Ownership of social media and outreach strategy for assigned projects.
- Conducting industry research and data analysis to identify optimal strategic approaches.
- Collaborating with social media and outreach teams across Asia to ensure outputs meet client briefs.
- Monitoring and measuring the quality of social media services provided by the agency.
Reporting and Communication Structure:
- This role reports to and advises the Acting Deputy Head of Social.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and define competence within our global social media function, contributing to the evolution of Greenpark's social media and influencer outreach offerings.
- Own and execute social media and outreach strategies across Asia, working cross-functionally with global teams to ensure brand impact.
- Develop and implement strategic communication initiatives that support brand growth within target communities across Asia.
- Ensure governance of social strategies, channel architecture, and content quality across Asia, using audience insights and performance data.
- Coach team members across Asia to enhance digital capabilities through training, creative campaign toolkits, and sharing best practices.
- Lead innovation pilots in social media and outreach aligned with business goals and client brand teams.
- Act as a liaison to clients and stakeholders, developing integrated campaign approaches and providing internal social media guidance.
- Communicate effectively through presentations, trainings, webinars, and strategy updates.
- Manage the production and rollout of social media content toolkits for regional assets across Asia.
- Develop monthly social media content and outreach plans and oversee their execution across markets.
- Establish KPIs to measure cross-platform performance and lead analytics efforts by compiling key metrics reports across Asia.
