  • Advise stakeholders on content optimization, identifying opportunities to repurpose and amplify content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all social content meets quality standards and aligns with the firm’s tone of voice and brand principles.
  • Managing posting and engagement on the UK social media channels, including senior leader profiles, ensuring timely and relevant content deliver using Haiilo and other tools.
  • Monitoring, analyze and report on the performance of our UK social media content, using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Foster and manage our UK social media community, actively engaging with followers and building relationships to enhance the firm’s reputation including actioning likes, shares, and comments on behalf of the firm.
  • Oversee our UK managing partner’s LinkedIn presence with strategic direction from our global social media senior manager.
  • Support with posting and engagement from a regional perspective.
  • Monitoring and developing reports on competitor activity, content, and key conversations within social media spaces.
  • Overseeing impromptu reporting requests from the business, and regular paid and organic social reporting.
  • Assisting the social media team with the day-to-day management of Haiilo, our employee advocacy platform.
  • Develop and manage UK paid social campaigns, particularly sponsored, ongoing static content campaigns focused on follower growth, lead generation, and campaign amplification.
  • Identify where regional paid activity can align with business development and client opportunities.

What you will have

  • Excellent ability to write in English, translating complex material into easy-to-read promotional copy.
  • Strong analytical skills and a very high attention to detail.
  • Social media experience in an agency or fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven experience managing organic and paid social media as part of an integrated marketing approach.
  • Experience of working in a centralised social media team that provides support at a global level.
  • Experience using social media management and analytical tools (i.e. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr).
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to confidently interact with all levels and across cultures.
