Position Overview

We are looking for a Regional Site Supervisor in a hybrid location. As a Regional Site Supervisor, you will support the rapid growth of Thermo Fisher Scientific by leading a multi-country customer service operation and developing process and system solutions for Managed Services EMEA, addressing the needs of Thermo Fisher’s internal and external customers in the EMEA market.

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead and support the Managed Services EMEA journey by developing systems, processes, handling SOPs, and forming teams across the UK and Northern Europe.
2. Mentor, coach, and develop team leads and teams located at different customer sites.
