Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer surveys on premises and identify suitable solutions
• Install new equipment at customer sites
• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Respond professionally to customer complaints and escalate when necessary
• Follow safe work practices and standard operating procedures

About You

• Experience in a technical role is essential; experience in the drinks industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Proactive problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication
