The Role: Regional Service Manager, Medical Diagnostic Analysers

This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Regional Service Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Field Service Engineers
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key customers
  • Attending meetings and providing customer care
  • Ensuring the delivery of KPIs, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction
  • Financial management within set budgets
