Professional Technical Ltd is seeking a Service Manager to oversee operations across Home Counties and North London. You will lead a team of field service engineers, ensuring top-tier service delivery and customer satisfaction as the business grows in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a service-driven or customer-focused environment, or a technical background in doors/shutters.
• Confidence working with targets, budgets and performance data.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support others.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and travel flexibility (ideally based near Bristol).
• Good IT skills, particularly Excel.
