Regional Senior Facilities Manager

Location: North Manchester-based office (Regular National Travel)

Salary: £55,000+

About the company:

A family-owned property management company with a portfolio of commercial, office space, and retail assets across the country, looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join their team and oversee full hard and soft services.

About the role:

• Ensure buildings are compliant with statutory regulations.
• Issue RAMS and conduct necessary inspections on all sites.
• Oversee all reactive and pre-planned maintenance.
• Manage a small team of Facilities Managers.
• Coordinate and organise subcontractors nationwide, maintaining existing relationships.
• Communicate and collaborate with property and asset managers for the day-to-day estate operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial FM.
• Full UK driving licence.
• IOSH certification required; NEBOSH certification desired.
• Team management skills.
