As a Regional Senior Care Assistant with Barchester care homes, you'll deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support across a 20-mile radius to help our residents get the most out of life. Your responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording observations such as temperature and blood pressure. The role also involves providing support and companionship to ensure residents enjoy meaningful one-to-one time with carers.

About you: A background in elderly care is essential, with a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care and plans to complete NVQ 3. A good understanding of the healthcare industry, GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, and a compassionate, dedicated attitude are required. You should have access to a car or own one, with mileage covered beyond five miles from your home. If on duty during an inspection and we achieve a 'Good' rating, you qualify for a bonus.
