Role Purpose:
  • Lead a surgical sales team to drive growth within the North West UK region.
  • Ensure regional strategy aligns with the national strategy.
  • Maintain excellent customer knowledge and insights to shape effective regional strategies.
  • Operate across the full portfolio, maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Partner with colleagues across J&J MedTech to leverage resources.
  • Develop the team and ensure best practices in performance and development.
  • Own the UK business plan as part of the Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets through leadership based on CREDO principles.
  • Build and maintain a diverse, high-performing sales team.
  • Coach and develop team members to maximize performance.
  • Engage in commercial discussions with hospital procurement and management.
  • Develop relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
  • Deploy resources effectively within the region.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical initiatives with the management team.
  • Monitor and control regional budgets.
  • Plan and execute regional meetings.
  • Ensure team compliance with company systems and resources.
