Job Description
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:
● Minimum of 3yrs experience in the UK On-Trade
● WSET Level 2 Spirits training preferred but not essential, an understanding of spirits and their production, the deeper the better
● Knowledge of landscape and key players in the London On-Trade, ideally with knowledge of key contacts
● Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities
● Positive approach to overcoming obstacles
● Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and influence a varied customer base
● A self-starter who thrives on autonomy
● Strong sales, influencing and negotiation skills
● Ability to create a unique sales approach catered to the needs of an outlet, identifying their strengths and needs
● Strong presentation and communication skills
● Numerical reasoning and analytical skills, the stronger the better
● English is essential, other languages are valuable
● Ability to identify business opportunities and translate into actions supported by strong rational aligned to brand strategy
