Regional Sales Manager, Global Recruitment Team, Sub-Saharan Africa

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join Nord Anglia Education, in the Global Recruitment team.

We are looking for someone to help us create an outstanding experience for agents and students throughout our Agent Experience Journey.

You’ll be responsible for driving performance of your territory, across Educational Agent Partners and Nord Anglia Boarding schools. You will be a key member of the Global Recruitment Team (GRT), work across schools and functions to deliver a quality, compliant enrolment of new students and support schools, agents and families to enable re-enrolment.

The role:

We seek an individual to join as a Regional Sales Manager where your focus will be:

1. To plan and achieve the recruitment targets across designated NAE schools.
2. To deliver the recruitment objectives through attendance at targeted recruitment events and activities.
3. To work with colleagues across Marketing, Admissions and Student Recruitment to implement market-focused activity plans.
4. Champion data capture and lead management through CRM (Salesforce) and ensure that territory actions are captured effectively within CRM.
5. Maintain regional enrolment data to identify opportunities and risks and develop plans to unlock or mitigate.
6. Ensure that velocity and conversation rates drive performance against regional targets.
7. To develop a strong understanding of all relevant Nord Anglia Education portfolio for territory.
8. Ensure effective marketing of NAE schools to agents and partners to drive NAE Boarding and short course recruitment.
9. Support central and school marketing teams to develop and deploy relevant activities.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

1. Minimum 3 years working in a sales or service delivery sector. Experience in educational sales will be a benefit.
2. Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes in the international education sector.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
4. Is a champion of the benefits and opportunities associated with international education.
5. Willing to undertake up to 40% travel a year sales travel globally.
6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
7. Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.
