Job Description:

Role: We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our successful Strategic Sales team focusing on Insurance and Telco. Do you have a proven track record in building, managing, and delivering successful sales results within Telco or Insurance Customers? Are you passionate about new technologies and eager to join a fast-growing, dynamic organization? If so, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver iACV revenue exceeding $400,000 net new incremental revenue per quarter and maintain Annual Recurring Revenue across the territory.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of business at 3x the sales target.
  • Sell into existing accounts, establishing favorable pricing and business terms by demonstrating value and ROI.
  • Utilize Sales Engineering, in-house and partner resources, and our sales methodology (MEDDPICC).
  • Collaborate with international and domestic colleagues to expand deal size and value.
  • Work effectively as a team, sharing relevant information and resources.
  • Provide feedback to product management and marketing teams.

Required experience:

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a competitive, fast-paced market.
  • 5+ years of success in Software/SaaS sales, preferably in Telco or Insurance.
  • Proven ability to expand, upsell, and cross-sell within accounts, managing complex sales cycles.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and high performance.
  • Ability to communicate complex enterprise technology solutions effectively.
  • Experience in managing multiple $1m++ iACV opportunities to close.
  • Comfortable selling to C-suite executives (CIO, CTO, CISO).
  • Strong skills in pipeline development and execution planning.
  • Excellent management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant industry experience in IT systems, enterprise management, security, analytics, or related fields. Experience with Observability or APM solutions is a plus.
