Job Description:

Role: Do you have a measurable track record in building, managing, and delivering successful sales results within Telco or Insurance Customers? Are you passionate about new technologies and looking to join a fast-growing, dynamic organization? We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our successful Strategic Sales team focusing on Insurance and Telco. Are you up for the challenge?

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver iACV revenue every quarter, with an expected attainment in excess of $400,000 net new incremental revenue per quarter and maintain Annual Recurring Revenue across the territory.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of business at 3x the sales target.
  • Sell into existing accounts and establish favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI.
  • Utilize Sales Engineering, in-house and partner resources, and our sales methodology (MEDDPICC).
  • Collaborate with international and domestic colleagues to expand deal size and value.
  • Work as a team, sharing relevant information and resources efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to product management and marketing.

Required experience:

  • 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • 5+ years of proven success in Software/SaaS sales, preferably in Telco or Insurance.
  • Ability to expand, upsell, and cross-sell within accounts, managing complex sales cycles.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and high performance.
  • Strong communication skills for complex enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple $1m++ iACV opportunities to close.
  • Comfortable selling to C-suite executives.
  • Ability to build a 3x sales pipeline and execute collaborative plans.
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant industry experience in IT systems, enterprise management, security, analytics, or related fields. Experience with Observability or APM solutions is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt continually.
