We are recruiting a determined, relationship-driven sales professional to join this successful team as a Regional Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major civil and drainage projects with a diverse client base in this award-winning team at Marshalls.
Role overview: Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will use your sales experience to maintain and grow relationships with contractors and key merchants, while seeking new opportunities to ensure continued success.

Your responsibilities include nurturing existing relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and sales growth, and proactively developing new opportunities with stakeholders such as builders’ merchants, specifiers, and contractors.

Essential skills:

  • Proven sales experience managing multiple stakeholders, including builders’ merchants, specifiers, and contractors.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of procurement routes and negotiation skills using technical information and product specifications.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of Water Management products is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric mindset to deliver high service and satisfaction.
