Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri – field based

Aspire Jobs is working with a well-established and successful manufacturing company seeking an experienced and commercially astute B2B Regional Sales Manager to oversee their Dorset and Hampshire clients.

The company supplies major holiday parks with stylish products to enhance their sales.

As the manufacturer, your role involves visiting sites 5 days a week, engaging with sales teams, and assisting with enquiries by providing quotations. Administrative tasks will be completed in the evenings to maximize selling opportunities.

Many relationships are already established with the parks; however, there will be opportunities to prospect for new business. This role offers the chance to manage your region as if it were your own business within company guidelines.

The company is known for quick decision-making and valuing new ideas from colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have previous B2B field/area sales experience
  • Be tenacious and driven
  • Be a proactive and positive go-getter who exceeds sales targets
  • Be capable of forming B2B client relationships at all levels
  • Be able to use a tape measure accurately
  • Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Be computer literate (MS Office)
Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your duties will include:

  • Visiting existing customers weekly, maintaining relationships, providing quotations, and delivering excellent service
  • Responding to new and existing customer enquiries and following up
  • Establishing the company as the first-choice supplier for holiday parks
  • Proactively seeking growth opportunities with additional holiday parks in Dorset & Hampshire
  • Updating the Sales Director on progress and customer interactions
  • Coordinating with the Poole office team
